Officially, a charity organisation "Charity Foundation "Valery Pirogovskyi Foundation"" was founded on April 19, 2022. But the idea of ​​creation a Charity Foundation appeared with the beginning of the war in our country and that's when it actually began its activities. Valery Pirogovskyi together with his team started to help people on February 24, 2022 straight away. Valery is an owner and director of the "Family club" restaurant, which has been a shelter and a heating point for citizens, internally displaced persons, a kitchen - where free lunches were prepared (and are being prepared) since 24.02.22. The restaurant premises serves also as humanitarian headquarters for a charity organisation.

From the first days of the Rashist invasion, Valery helped with the evacuation of the civilian population, resettlement, found the necessary things that saved lives in the post-war days. That is why the official registration of the Fund was delayed.
